If you change your boiler it will be a condensing boiler because as of 2007 all boilers have to be condensing.

There are two types of underfloor heating; wet underfloor and electric. Electric fitted by an electrician is OK, providing low-level heat and in small bathrooms. But it’s the wet underfloor heating that has the greatest effect. It’s a really fantastic way of heating a room.
